Ignore Reviews: Its a Great Case
So many complaints in the reviews; just isn't necessary. This is a perfectly fine case cover. The bottom half rests right in place and the upper stays in place with the assistance of adhesive strips. Is the cover different? Yes. But its not the covers fault; its the case's fault. Can you launch it across the room like an Air Pods Pro case and expect the silicone to remain intact? No.Can you take it in and out of your pocket or backpack without worrying about the case coming out of the silicone cover? Yes. 1000 times over.If you're like me and you treat flagship electronics like flagship electronics, this cover WILL work for you.But if youre lookin for a zorb that'll allow you to abuse your flagship electronics with zero consequence, buy another set of earbuds; blame the case.Ignore the negative reviews. This works just fine IF you work WITH it.

Better than I thought, but there are some issues...
First, this really isn't a "case" perse, it's more of a rubberized cover that goes around your existing case. While it may seem really cheap, quality-wise, it actually ends up feeling quite nice once it's fitted onto the case. It gives the existing case a bit of weight, making it feel nicer in the hand. It also adds some grip, which the L3Pro's case really needed as it's so slippery, and it really does add some much-needed protection (I dropped it from about knee height onto tile, which could have broken the hard plastic case, but this was enough to protect it.There were two issues with it though, one was that it was missing the adhesive strip on one of the two sections, so I returned it for another, but the new one that arrived was also missing the adhesive from one section (this time the opposit section), so being too frustrated to return it again, I went to Walmart and got some double-sided Scotch tape, and added it to the cover myself. This is where things get a bit tricky. The tape isn't going to adhere to the rubberized cover very well (well enough, but don't expect it to hold if you really tried to pull it off. Just make sure that prior to removing the non-stick layer of the tape to expose the adhesive, you really press/kneed the tape against the inside of the cover, to make sure that as much surface area of the tape is adhering to the case as possible). The bottom section of the cover actually holds in place fairly well just from the way it fits around the plastic, so the adhesive is really just to help it stay in place. Be warned that the edges of the cover, especially the top section, will not be stuck to the case (the adhesive is only in the very center section of both the top and bottom of each side of the cover, so it will seem loose and possibly flimsy around the edges, but as long as you understand and accept this, it shouldn't be a problem. The other issue was that the bottom section of the cover extends into a rubber loop that protrudes out from one side (which comes with a carabiner), but because of this, it made it difficult to fit into the RLSoco hard case that I bought, so removed the loop section by grinding it off to a smooth finish with a Dremel) and once I did, with the added thickness from the cover, it now fits in the RLSOCO Case, which is just a tad too large for the L3Pro case normally, absolutely perfectly (see pics).Together with the RLSoco case, this rubberized cover (loop removed) is the perfect match. -1 star for all the trouble, but it was worth it in the end.

Clean!
Very clean 2 piece silicone case. Would recommend buying some extra 2 sided tape just for more adhesion, but not absolutely needed!

Wow! Possibly the worst case for anything ever!
I wish I had listened to the other reviewer. This is laughably bad. It's super slippery, floppy, cheap feeling and the top only sticks in the middle, so the entire edge of the top part is just flapping around loosely. Also, the adhesive doesn't stick for nothin', which doesn't help. This thing is, without a doubt, the worst item I've ever bought in my life. It's too late for me, but you can still save yourselves. DON'T BUY THIS!!

Good but be cautious
Offers decent protection but because its rubber texture give it more grip, the case tends to open as soon as it rilubs against anything, creating a risk the the earbuds fall out without noticing. Several times a day I'd just notice that the case was open so imagine my relief to find the earbuds were still magnetically seated inside. Cannot risk them drop out one day though

Fits fine
Fits fine and stays put. Noticed other reviews complaining bout it falling off... I'm guessing they ain't bright enough to pull the blue film off the adhesion strip. Case is smooth to the touch and looks hot with the gray LP3 ear buds

What's the point?
I decided to purchase this case mainly because there aren't many case options available for my headphones. While this case provides minor protection, the design has a few major setbacks:1: The top piece of the "case" is literally just a silicone lid with adhesive tape on the underside. The adhesive has held, however there is little to no point of reference when it comes to placement. Putting it on wrong is frustratingly similar to putting a screen protector on wrong.2: The bottom piece of my silicon case slips over the headphone case - while it has some point of reference of how it should be oriented, there is not much keeping the headphone case secure. Because of this, the bottom part of the case becomes a sling for your headphones if you're using the carbineer. Either the bottom piece of the case wasn't designed for adhesive tape or mine just didn't come with it.If you want at least something protecting your headphones, then go for it. Do NOT rely on keeping your headphones if you are using the carbineer. I have almost lost my $130 headphones 3 separate times because of issue #2. Fortunately these cases are dirt cheap, so I can't truly be disappointed.
