This pesto sauce is smooth, creamy, and full of basil flavor. It has a nice mix of cheese and herbs that makes pasta taste fancy without much effort. I just mixed it with some noodles, and boom—delicious meal in minutes. It also works great as a spread on sandwiches or even as a dip. The texture is just right—not too thick or runny. Plus, the jar lasts a while since a little goes a long way. If you like pesto but don’t want to make it from scratch, this stuff is a solid pick.

The jars of pesto come well packaged in excellent reusable jars. The labels are easy to remove when soaked in hot water. The rustic pesto tastes good hot, better on cold pasta salads, and best as a spread with hummus and feta on pita pocket bread! The creamy pesto is great served on hot pasta with nutritional yeast and parmesan. In both sauces, there is a distinct lack of roasted pine nuts and pungent garlic flavor. This is replaced with cashews and cheese. These are fresher tasting pestos than I am used to and great sauces to keep in your pantry for a rainy day!
