Effective and well designed!
I ride every day. I started wearing ear plugs in 2019 after reading that wind noise-- even with a full-face helmet-- causes long-term high-frequency hearing loss. (My brother is an otolaryngologist [ENT] and he says that the hearing loss would be across all frequencies.) I quickly became accustomed to wearing ear plugs and found that I am far less fatigued on long touring rides! I never realized just how tiring it is to hear all that wind noise. I've tried a couple of different styles but have settled on the Earpeace design, and have purchased them five times now, and have also bought some extras to give to friends. They are comfortable and stay in place (I sometimes forget that I'm wearing them) and are not affected by my helmet. I can still hear everything around me including cars and emergency vehicles, and also my music through my helmet speakers. I can hear callers, too, when I receive calls through my phone Bluetooth. But the wind noise, and my engine noise, are greatly attenuated...it makes riding SO much more comfortable! I like the design of the holder and clip it to my key ring. I love the emergency backup earplug in its own special compartment! However, over time the metal holder can scratch the finish of the key receptacle on my bike, so I used some leftover adhesive faux leather (from a seat repair) to cover the holder: now non-scratch and looks cool! Overall, an excellent product which has mitigated against hearing loss AND improved my riding pleasure. I strongly recommend it.

Very effective and versatile options
These work really well as described. The case is very nice, simple set up and easy to use. Seen some confusion/complaints on the case, its simple, bottom end is smaller chamber and is there for the backup ear plug. The top, larger chamber is for the pair of ear plugs you use. They easily fit in and remove from the top chamber. Plenty of room, even if using them with EARPEACE connector cord ( separately purchased) On attenuation these work really well reducing sound of Harley to safer levels and nearly all of the wind noise. Audio from comms unit and outside speech is reduced but still clear and understandable. When I remove them after a ride, no ringing or reduction in clearly hearing sounds around me. I also like the freedom to change out filters depending on environment needed in. Inserting them, I found it easier to pull down on earlobe due to larger thumb and fingers, ensure the tab side is in top position to enable easier removal. Highly satisfied with these.

These work well, and you can attatch them to your motorcycle jacket.
These are a bit big for my ears in particular. Inserting them in my ears can be a bit annoying. Wearing them for extended periods of time (4+ hours) can be a bit uncomfortable, but it's never caused me any serious issues. They do reduce the noise getting to my ears quite well though- exactly what I needed them to do. Plus, the little aluminum carrying case is quite handy since it's got a small chain and clasp which I use to secure it on one of the zippers inside my riding jacket. As a result, I can't forget my hearing protection, and I don't have to worry about losing it. I can also hear better with these compared to foam ear plugs, but not by a groundbreaking margin.

Easy to Use - Just Don't Misplace Them!
Pleasantly surprising quality. Extras in case you misplace a pair. And inserts to adjust to the sound-dampening you desire. I bought a used motorcycle with an obnoxious aftermarket mid-pipe slip on exhaust. And it was such a pain riding that thing and coming home to deafness in one ear. These plugs are easy to use and insert. They are slightly noticeable - not quite what they advertise that you will forget they are there. They look very sophisticated for the price. Two different sizes to accommodate different ear canals. And I can still hear conversations and music played through my Sena in my helmet with these in. The best part... my new exhaust has a slight high-pitched whine to it that the lightest inserts seem to mitigate so that all I hear (and get to enjoy) is the deeper rumble of the exhaust. These have allowed me to enjoy the ride and keep my hearing intact.

Comfy to wear, and they work as advertised
I've used multiple types of earplugs and earbuds for riding my motorcycle. Foam earplugs typically block out too much sound, making it hard to hear my surroundings, which makes me uncomfortable. I've also tried custom molded earplugs, and didn't care for those either. I eventually switched to earbuds, which I liked because they do block out loud noises while still letting sound through. However, they don't stay in place and get knocked loose when putting my helmet on or taking it off. I finally decided to give the EarPeace Moto Pro earplugs a shot. With the EarPeace plugs, I can still hear my surroundings, and things sound natural - just much quieter. I can still hear my engine, the wind, emergency vehicle sirens, and vehicles around me. But none of them are too loud. I don't get a headache or ringing ears. And the best part, they're so comfy I can barely feel them while they're in, and they don't protrude past my ears where they'll be bumped by my helmet. On my 25 minute commute, they've never wiggled loose, either. Just be sure to follow the included directions for inserting them - you need to pull the top of your ear up, or you'll never get them in right. The only downside is that now I can't hear my GPS notifications like I could with my Bluetooth earbuds, so I'll probably end up buying a Cardo or something to go inside my helmet. I have no doubt these earplugs will perform well with that.

Good earplugs, wildly overpriced
** Update ** I contacted EarPeace about the poor fitment and they offered to send me a set of the small earplugs (without filters) for $5. The small earplugs stay in place much better. They reducing wind noise and I'm able to hear music or talk to other riders through my headset. I'm happy with the earplugs now, but there's no way they're worth $45. ** End Update ** I bought these after reading some glowing reviews. The good news is that you can hear people talking while wearing these earplugs. The bad news is that they do a poor job blocking wind noise and they don't fit any better than every other ear plugs on the market. I tested them by wearing them around the house for a while. I was super excited to find ear plugs that allowed me to have a conversation with those around me. Unfortunately they wiggled out of my ears in the first hour of riding and left me frustrated until we got to our next stop. I've read the instructions. I know how to insert ear plugs. I pulled up on my ear and inserted them fully, but they didn't stay in place after putting a helmet on. These don't fit any better than the $5 silicone ones at your local hardware store. Putting them in a billet case and marketing them to motorcyclists as a premium product is a gimmick at best, bordering on a scam. I want my $40 back.

very comfortable
I wear these under my helmet and they are very comfortable. They do help reduce wind noise. I think they also help a little with hearing the speakers inside my helmet. Keep them in the metal case they came in on a carabiner attached to my belt

really didn't believe it
First-someone out there is like me, and sure all the reviews on here are bots. I'm not, probably can't convince you short of saying something WILDLY non-pc. I won't, because i like my account. Now, on to the product. I wasn't going to bother reviewing, but getting off the bike today, i was honestly shocked by the fact that i could hear way better after riding, something i hadn't noticed was as bad as it was for awhile after coming off the bike. i could hear my music in my helmet, on a chair 15 feet away, i was honestly shocked. These things are fantastic. i got the moto Pro, red inserts. Make sure you insert them tab up or they can be tricky to remove, but once you read the instructions and put them in right, they're great. I listened to music on medium, at 80 today. I usually have it on high just to hear over the wind. I run a scorpion exo t520. Expectation management-It doesn't magically make the wind noise go away, it just brings it down a lot. it's there, you notice it, but it's not stupid loud like it is without them. the comms (while they are slightly quieter) are clearer, and you need less volume to hear. I get it, no free lunch, you're going to get SOME muffling jamming an ear plug in your ear. But it's....even. Sort of. It's hard to explain, the wind noise seems more muted than the comms, and the clarity on the comms is way better because of it. they're perfectly useable for talking and music at 80 with this helmet, you don't struggle to make out the sound or anything. The one thing i'll point out. Highs in music are crisp and clean and almost eerie how well they come through, but REALLY bassy bits create almost a maxed out speaker sound. not bothersome, but slightly noticeable. Would not say it would put me off using them, they do that well with the rest of it. 10/10, would recommend. Way better than i expected, doubly so at this price.

Work well
I use these every day on my motorbike, they block out most of the wind and road noise but still allow my music from helmet speakers to be heard and crystal clear. Wish I could get them in a smaller size though

Wish I would have got these sooner!
My wife and I just got bikes this year so we are new to all this. Getting modular helmets, we assumed they would be about the quietest style. We got midrange HJC’s too so they weren’t the cheap ones. As an aside, we did get one of those off Amazon as a spare and it is noticeably less helmet than our HLC’s. But as most of you know, full face helmets still have a lot of wind noise and Modulars are slightly worse. From a quick internet search, the quietest full face helmet comes in at 97 dB at highway speed and average ones exceed 100. The constant roar of the wind was annoying and we began to worry about hearing damage. We finally decided to try ear plugs and ordered these (the pro version). We tried them today and were absolutely amazed at the difference. My wife and I could talk through our Cardos as if we were in a car side by side with no road noise. They are a total game changer. These are more expensive than most others, but they were the lowest profile. Our helmets are a tight fit with the speakers right against or ears. I wasn’t sure how other ear plugs that stick out more would work, but these are great. They also do not become sore after wearing for a while.
