Updated review - I’ve increased the stars from 2-4 because when you do finally manage to assemble it this is a good sturdy shovel, perfect for shovelling leaves. Just a shame it doesn’t come with the handle fitted.——————————————————I can’t understand why this doesn’t come assembled when it arrived in a huge box. The handle is too large to fit into the shovel end. I have struggled to try to assemble it so far, without success. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it unless you either have tools to reduce the width of the handle or have brute strength to force the handle in.

I have not had the opportunity to use this with snow yet (and hopefully won't for some time). But it feels nice and sturdy and I used it to shovel up all the autumn leaves that had blown into the corner of the patio. It was great for shovelling up the big pile of wet leaves.You have to attach the shovel part to the handle yourself, so need a bit of strength to push the handle on as far as it will go.

Good value for money. Easy to use. The handle is thin so not sure how long it will last.

I do not think it is that robust as I can already see a split in the handle!!!

Does not appear to be very solid but without snow, I have not tested it. Worth a try for the little it cost.

Very good for collecting the snow off my drive , but also great to collect all the leaves that are all over my drive and garden

Very pleased. Good width to scoop up snow. Light to use but strong and durable
