I have been searching for a while for an eyeliner that lasts overnight and is smudge resistant! This eye liner is amazing! It is easy to apply and a great value for money. The eye liner comes with 2 brushes so it can be applied to your desired sharpness in a thick or thin line. It is easy to remove with makeup remover but will not come off with just water right away. I will definitely recommend this product to others!

These are the BEST eyeliners! The pencil side is gorgeous and has a slight shimmer, and the liquid side has a thin brush for precision. BOTH STAY ON! I love them

I tried this product in brown because it was recommended by Ashley Graham - she makes it look so easy, of course. It takes some practice, but the practice of using the solid part of the wand to smudge the liquid liner side ensures that your eyes are lined smoothly and professionally. It is amazingly stay-put; more so than any other eye liner I've tried.

Bought then when my roommate started crying and her eyeliner stayed on! Did not move! It is so easy to learn how to use this and really does stay on for hours. Is waterproof, I cried at my graduation and my eyeliner stayed in tact!

This eyeliner is definitely smear and smudge proof. Won’t run down your face when sweating or in high humidity and heat. Those are the pros…..the one con is it’s hard to get off. An oil based eye makeup remover and it comes right off.

The liquid eyeliner is only good but the pencil eyeliner is not so deep like other brand. It's ok product.

I got this Revlon Colorstay Line Creator in Blackout. The listing on Amazon really needs amending as it appears to refer to another Revlon product for brows. Blackout is definitely an eyeliner.It's a very good one too. And innovative - I've never before come across a dual ended eyeliner with a liquid brush type liner at one end and a soft retractable kohl pencil at the other. It's genius - and means you can experiment with different looks. The liquid liner features a screw top and is fadeproof, highly pigmented and ultra matte black. Both ends are waterproof.It gives a sharp, bold line, is quick to apply - and I think would be even if you're not too confident. It stays put well even in summer - and where I live today's been very humid. I wear eyeliners every day and have done so for years. Some liquid liners can start to feel uncomfortable after a few hours, especially the long wear kind. This one doesn't. I removed it easily with a micellar oil cleanser.With a pull off top, the kohl pencil has a very creamy texture so won't drag the delicate skin around the eyes when it's applied. Buttery soft, it will blend beautifully and you can create a great smokey eye with it. The top clicks smartly back into place.I use both liquid and kohl eyeliners - so for me this is a perfect addition to my make up bag. Both ends of the pen produce a very long lasting effect that I'm finding stays in place until you want to remove it. Well priced, I'd get this again - and if you like good eyeliner, you may just love this Revlon Colorstay Line Creator too.

1. Llegó roto al que llaman crayón khôl se siente un poco seco , para ponerlo en el ojo si tenía que darle varias pasadas, en la mano fue más rápido, "NO es a prueba de agua".2. El líquido tengo una especie amor odio, me gusta el color, pero al hacer la línea en el ojo la primera salida del producto se puede hacer la línea delgada pero en lo que lo hago se seca ( puede ser porque soy lenta) pero al sacar producto de nuevo se junta en medio y no en la punta y se hace más gruesa la línea (no soy experta en delineados) y tarda en secar pero lo que queda en el envase seca rápido, "SI es a prueba de agua" lo probé en mi mano y si aguanto varias lavadas, en el ojo lo probé y si me costó retirarlo pero el clima era agradable, tengo que probarlo en un clima húmedo.

So full confession; I am really bad at doing black eyeliner. I have shaky hands and so black liner scares me. However, I enjoyed this eyeliner as it has 2 in 1 options. One side is a pencil and the other side is liquid. This liner is so easy to use which I was so surprised about because liquid liners tend to intimidate me. The fine brush made the eyeliner application so easy and precise. It also didn’t transfer for me once I allowed it to dry well. It stays on and totally a long-wear product which is great!The double-ended liner is super convenient for people who want that sharp dark look but don’t have the steadiest hands. I use the liquid liner and then fill in any bumpy spots where I couldn’t keep a steady hand with the crayon end. It is also very black and the formula is on the thicker side.
