très utile pour les artères, cerveau etc: et sans risque de métaux lourds...
Toutes les catégories d'Oméga (3,6,7,9) sont très utile pour apporter du "bon Cholestérol", qui combat le "mauvais", pour assurer la souplesse des artères et aider de mm le cerveau, et autres. On trouve ces Omégas dans les "Huiles de Poissons": mais, outre que ce n'est pas végétarien, SAUF si elles sont vraiment "bio": il y a le risque d'y trouver concentrés toutes sortes de toxiques: dont les métaux lourds: ce qui, sur le long terme, est très ennuyeux- Le Produit Végan ci-dessus apporte les mêmes ingrédients: mais issus de végétaux: ce qui évite ce risque de "concentration de toxiques"...-Il n'est pas noté que ce soit "bio": mais je suppose que la qualité en est rigoureusement contrôlée...-Bravo quoi qu'il en soit pour cette excellente idée pour apporter tous les Omégas...
