You will have to add a textile medium to the paint when it is being used on wearable fabrics.

Does this paint dry brittle, or more rubbery and bendy?

It has never flaked off for me. So my answer is that it is an acrylic paint that drys very fast, is bendy, isn't brittle and doesn't flake.
