HP Smart Tank 720 All-in-One Auto Duplex WiFi Colour Printer, Print, Scan & Copy for Office

Received the printer on time and the packaging was good. The installation process was smooth and completed within around 20 minutes. I have done a few prints so far, and the print quality and overall experience have been excellent. Everything is working perfectly till now. I would also like to appreciate the customer support from HP, especially Nesara. The support experience was really helpful and professional.

We bought a new printer as we needed to print a lot of pages in the exam season. The print quality is great but the printer started giving errors every few minutes ("print head" error). I called Amazon helpline but they washed their hands off it (so, if you do buy this product, better to buy at an offline dealer who can provide some support on a brand new product) I called HP helpline. They claimed that the product warranty is over based on the serial number. When I told them that I just bought it 3 days ago from Amazon, they asked me for invoice and other documents and after 4-5 days, they rectified the warranty. Meanwhile, I logged a separate complaint for a technician to visit. Firstly, they took 2 days to visit after a follow-on call. The technician initally said, it was a both the print heads were damaged. But later they agreed to replace the parts. After 3 days, they came with a 'sensor' which they said was the problem and not the printheads. They replaced and it is working fine (though it is just 2 days since the repair happened). Overall, very disappointed that a brand new product from HP came with a faulty sensor. While I am grateful that they repaired it, I don't feel good that it is flawless after paying over 20,000 for it. And main lesson learnt it such products aren't worth buying online since these platforms take zero responsibility for any after-sales issues.

Every thing is good very easy to assemble hp smart app help you a lot just ready with wifi network paper to print handle carefully because its a plastic body quality no doubt best. delivery is on my door very polite. We relax while installing rest things are smooth

Product good but delivery took too long like 10days even when the facility is 150kms, amazon has given the time line of 10 days but this is a not far location, it got delivered after 2days after shipping

Not Reliable and Not Worth the Price I’m very disappointed with this printer. Printing from mobile often doesn’t work, just cant connect to mobile. and even the scan and print functions sometimes fail. For a printer at this price, I expected much better reliability and a seamless experience. Unfortunately, it has been frustrating to use and does not feel like good value for money. Sometimes color quality is not good. I dont recommend for home users

Very, very Happy. Especially the printing done via Wi-Fi connection :-). The backside printing really helps in saving money. Bought this in May, and it working great. Don't think...just BUY IT! Use good paper if you need quality printing. Also get a cover to protect it from dust.

It's working fine

I do not recommend the HP Smart Tank 720 based on my personal experience. I spent around ₹20,000 on this printer, but I am very disappointed with its performance. Problems I faced: - Print head issue after printing just one color photo and about five instruction pages. - Frequent Wi-Fi connectivity problems. - Mobile printing is also unreliable. - Supports only A4 paper and does not support Legal-size paper through mobile app. - Installation was done by an authorized HP service technician, yet the problems continued. - Whenever an issue occurs, you have to contact customer care, wait for a technician, and coordinate your schedule. It wastes both time and effort. - If you purchase electrical items in online only exchange not refund most of the products Based on my experience, I suggest considering other well-established printer brands. If you mostly need black-and-white printing, a laser printer is a much better option. For occasional color prints, it may be more economical to use a nearby print shop. This review is based entirely on my personal experience. Your experience may be different, but unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations.
