After much debate i finally broke down and bought this bike. it shipped to my house today. how do i start it? there are no instructions

I believe it’s just a toy that doesn’t start. I never opened the box.

Is this a good starter bike. I feel like maybe I should start with a 250cc before getting a 450cc?

This is a toy. Not a real bike.
