What is the total surface area of the vest?

I'm not sure of the total surface area, but it's not enough. I have a size 57" waist, and the XXXL-sized vest that I ordered, would not zip! But, the vest is good quality, so I asked a seamstress to add two inches of elastic material, to both sides, so I can use it.

Is the 01 style the only model that can be opened to a mesh back?

Hello! Yes, these vests can be opened to a mesh back, you can see the detailed images.

What size should I get if my waist is a 34

Hi dear, Good days! Please refer the chest measurement to choose your size.

what size should I order for man with 52 inch waist?

I think XXXL will barely fit. I have a 57" waist, and it is about 2" too small.
