Wow!
Judy Niemeyer Quilt patterns are amazing. I have made a wedding ring quilt before without a 'Quiltworx' pattern and this makes it so much easier. I have done other Judy Niemeyer quilts and I love the results.

Usual Quiltworx pattern
Quiltworx patterns can be confusing to a novice. This one I am doing for my granddaughter’s wedding. Definitely not a quick pattern but I know it will turn out beautifully. Videos online will help.

Pattern is beautiful and I love paper piecing but if you are a beginner to paper piecing, start with something easier. The instructions on Judy's patterns are very detailed and can be confusing.

Beautiful quilt but a headache of a pattern
This pattern does make a beautiful quilt. It is designed by Judy Niemeyer. There is a lot of fabric waste which is to be expected in paper piecing. The instructions are fairly clear but leave you hanging for answers in several steps of the quilt. One almost needs to have hands on instruction in a special class for this pattern. As expensive as this pattern is, I feel it should cover more bases than it does. I’m not willing to spend money like this and still have to spend money to take a class! Many hours, many unpicking of stitches, much expense and many headaches were experienced and I consider myself an accomplished quilter and seamstress. There are a few helpful tutorials on the internet for this pattern but they only cover some parts. Be warned. This pattern can be frustrating!
