It works for my dog
I have tried medications suggested by my veterinarian with no success. I have a 14 year old blind poodle mix and this seems to help immensely with his incontinence. On my second bottle and he even likes eating it!

Palatable for both my dog and cat
Ocu-GLO comes in several forms, capsule, liquid-gel capsule, and now the chewable form. This is formulated for both dogs and cats. My cat and dog both enjoy it as a special treat. Getting them to readily enjoy something that is good for their eye health is a win-win, despite it being fairly expensive. In checking multiple sites for this medicinal treat, it is priced the same everywhere so it is what it is. The delivery was prompt, and I will reorder using the same vendor when I get low on my Ocu-GLO chews.

Work great if you can get dog to eat them
Wow, these work great. Recently switched after the vet recommended these for our aging dogs eyes. The good: her eyes are visibly better, so these are obviously working. The bad: holy hell she hates these. Literally you can smell these from a mile away and they are impossible to hide in anything. They are very hard and you have to break them up for a smaller dog due to their size. I've been breaking them into quarters to make them a decent size to attempt to hide in things. So far she finds them in just about everything; strawberries, chewy treats, pill pockets, cheese, peanut butter, you name it. And when she finds it and gets it out it's wet and stains everything red. If I wrap them perfectly in a pill pocket I can get her to take them, but that means investing in enough pill pockets to feed her 4 pieces of vitamin every day. Feeding her these has quickly become the least favorite part of my day, but I want her to be able to see so we push onward. When we finish this bottle maybe we'll switch to the pill version to see if it's any easier to hide.

Horrible smell and dog won’t eat them
Bought for a dog who’s in the earliest stages of cataracts. But he will not eat them for anything. The seal had already been lifted. Like they had been looked at or something and then shut back. Sucks cause we bought these with expensive eye drops to help our dog. And this is what we get. Was wanting to have a 5 start like experience like we’ve read. But unfortunately our dog doesn’t want the treats. So leaves me doubtful he will comfort her liquid gels or powder capsules. Truly bummed.

Don’t just let them go blind
This has been effective at maintaining my elderly dog’s eyesight!

Too soon to actually tell & a bit pricey
My fur baby is 10 yo & showing signs of cataracts. This was recommended to me & it’s only been a little less than a month. I’ll do anything to help keep my dog as healthy as possible so I’m giving it a shot & to honestly say I see a difference at this short period of time, not so sure. It’s a bit disappointing that it’s so pricey ($60+ month) for my 25 lb dog. My dog has to take 2 chews a day & he does try to push it out of his bowl to avoid eating it but with much persistence he will eventually eat them. I can understand his hesitation eating them because the smell alone is horrendous! I’ll give it a bit more time to see but the price is a total turn off, especially if we aren’t sure it’s actually working.
