Real Pfister Part - Control Like New Again
I purchased this valve stem assembly as part of a refurb of my shower control. The part appears to be a real Pfister part and fit as such. Once installed, the shower control was back to like new operation.

Works as expected. Valve is almost good as new.
Fixed the leak. It's fairly easy to install incorrectly (hot & cold reversed).

It fits my 30 year old shower!
My 30+ year old Price-Pfister shower became luke warm. I contacted Pfister and they gave me the exact model to use, as the original parts were no longer available. It fit and worked perfectly.

Easy install
This is the complete assembly including O-rings and it fit perfectly with my shower valve housing. Disassembling of the handle was a bear (due to corrosion) but after cleaning things up this unit fit and works just fine. It does seem a bit fragile compared to the original two piece assembly so we'll see how durable it remains.
