i honestly wasn't expecting this to work as well as it did. i put it on in the morning because I have a hard time waking up and coffee alone wasn't cutting it and i was relying on 3-4 energy drinks through the day just to stay awake. 20 minutes after putting it on i felt, awake. like not that sluggish trudging through the day awake but at what cost kind of awake. i felt like i had gotten more than enough sleep and it was restful even though the night had been hard and I'd only gotten 5 hours of sleep. i found throughout the day I felt like you do on a sunny 60 degree day after weeks of rain. my mood was great, i felt awake, it was wild especially after a week of feeling so beaten down and exhasted. it lasted about 11 hours before i started feeling a little worn out so it got me through an entire shift with ease. my favorite part is that I didn't even feel like drinking an energy drink all day which is wild since i was coming from drinking so many. i am really excited to see the long term use of this being as this is my first day using it.

Although I like these patches & they work well, I am hard pressed to spend $30 on a pack of 30. I generally don't spend more than $10-15 for a bottle of 60 B complex capsules. That's why I find the price for these patches a bit much.

Aloha from O’ahu Hawai’i, I’m a new customer of this product and now I’m hooked on it, I usually depend on Caffeine from Coffee, and since using this patch, no caffeine for me. I’m a believer.

Not only did it Not help, it actually made me extremely sleepy. I have never had this reaction to a product before. Definitely do not recommend. I tried returning the product and they are not offering a refund. Don’t waste your money. This is a scam.

I will give it a little more time to rate the effectiveness of this patch. All in all I have not experienced a great boost in energy however I am more focused which I like.

I can tell a difference if I do not use the patches in the morning. They give a nice boost that lasts through the day.

it did not work for me at all. waste of money

So several patches were stuck on the paper so I couldn't use them, didn't notice any difference after applying the patch. After 8 hours the patch is super glued to my skin 🤨 in a sense I have to rub it off and irritate my skin.
