I have age related hair loss - which is what this product is designed for... i use the serum. Last exactly 30 days if you're putting it on twice a day - use exactly the stated amount. I apply it to dry hair, tiny 'squeezes' all over my scalp. I dont even massage it in. Dries quickly for me and does not leave my hair feeling greasy at all. It actually has seemed to help the styling. I am in my 8th month and there is NO question that this is working. I used to have thick curly hair and very very slowly for ten years it became thinner and thinner until the hair shedding was so much towards the 'end,' that I was having severe anxiety over it all. My hair stopped shedding and started growing so so much. Like in the instructions it stated, my hair did start shedding significantly more for approximately 10 days before it stopped shedding. The only thing I don't particularly love is that I can't wash my hair only once a week like I had been for years. And it's not because of what it's doing to my hair it's what it's doing to my scalp! If I don't wash my scalp after two or three days it just becomes way too itchy. I'm in the process of figuring out what I can do to mitigate that homeopathically you're gonna be fine. It also says there's a possibility that you might grow hair and other places and oddly enough I am! There is about five or six small hairs that have started growing underneath my bottom lip! But, I don't care, I'll pluck those suckers out for having my full head of hair back! Every time I've ordered this it has come in a timely fashion and packed appropriately

I’ve used both the serum & foam. I have age-related thinning hair loss. I had a really bad allergic reaction to the serum & saw that hives, itching and swelling are rare side effects, but I guess I’m in that group. But the foam doesn’t have the ingredient which causes those reactions. It is fantastic. My hair is now actually thick again & very soft. Consistency is necessary. I’ll sometimes go a week or two without applying the foam to my scalp & my hair thins. Here’s my tip on how to apply the foam: Just put a small amount in the palm of your hand & rub it into your scalp. If you add a huge amount in one go, it’ll end up in your hair instead of on your scalp which is where regrowth happens. It’s expensive, so don’t waste it. I wish I’d done it sooner & applied it every day because now, I can’t believe how much it has helped. It’ll probably take months for you to see results, but stick with it, it’s worth it. Seriously. I’m thrilled.

I have finished the first bottle, still have shedding, I know it takes a while to see results. May be to soon.

My hair is really slow to grow, so it took about 3-4 months to notice the difference, but I can say that it is definitely thicker. The real thing is areas all have baby hairs now and I know I’ll keep using this. I do MUCH prefer the liquid serum over the foam. When I put the foam in dry hair it makes it feel crunchy and it’s a disaster. Works well if you wash your hair everyday though. I prefer to wash my hair twice a week, so the serum is much better for me. Overall- highly recommend.

Using this AND Biotin shampoo/condition has brought my hair back! My hair stopped falling out quickly and it's back to being a manageable thickness. I am so pleased. I'll keep on using this ...

I began using HERS in late September 2025. I do see a difference. I do not have any issue with the nature of the foam —it’s just like any other mousse. I also take biotin gummies daily and use biotin shampoo and conditioner soap bars.

I have purchased the Hers product 4 times and have always thought it worked fine, as well as the more famous product that I'd been using for years, with good success. This last purchase, however, was problematical. No matter how careful I was to hold the product correctly, it came out rather liquidy. Not willing to jeopardize my previous success, I threw the product away as I couldn't return it. I liked the Hers product because the container is more discreet, and it is less expensive than the more famous brand. But if I can't trust it, then, sadly, I can't buy it.

I would like products to be made in the U.S. Besides, the shampoo and conditioner are easy to open and apply, but the leave-in scalp treatment took me a full 30 minutes to get working! Yes, I removed the cover on the pump nozzle and shook well, and pumped furiously with nothing coming out. I tried other means, and finally by sheer determination and strength (sore fingers) it finally started working. This is annoying, but if you can get past the inconvenience, it seems like it will be affective.
