Pair of headrest DVD players for my kids to use in the rear seat. So far it has been a great purchase. Because these headrest DVD players keep my kids entertained in the car. Allow me or my wife can focus on driving. We also take a more peaceful drive. AWESOME!Fast delivery, good packing, pictures quality great. It is gratifying that the mount and the car charger are working very well.These car DVD players can work with various media you have. They can not only play DVD, but also work with the SD card. But I have some issues when it works with DVD and SD card. By asking the customer service, I know that the device can only play some of the formats it supports (example: MP4) and these video files have to be in the pixel range as described in the user manual. So I convert the video format and successfully played a lot of video.HDMI function is excellent! The I often connects my cellphone to the DVD player via the HDMI cable. When using the HDMI function, will not share across the DVD player. Customer service suggests that I can use the HDMI splitter if I need it.I spend such money to buy these DVD players is worth it, because they have a lot of features that I like.I will recommend this product to my friends.

Terrible product, 1 month later and they are 100% unusable.First day of use, 8 hour road trip. The wireless headphones are terrible, they constantly lost connection and wouldnt work, we had to stop to purchase stereo cables so we could plug them in. Next day, plug in the cable to the headphones and the 3.5mm jack in the headphone pushed into the ear piece and is no longer usable, same day the exact same thing happens to the other set of headphones.Drive back home, 8 hours again. One of the TV mounts lost its tension and now the TV just flips over facing the floor, it no longer has the strength to hold the TV to a viewable position. little while later, one TV cuts out and stops working.I purchased the warranty on it through assurant thinking that I would be covered, turns out they "missold" the insurance to us and they dont actually cover anything. Now, I am stuck with $200 worth of product that doesnt work.

I so happy with this purchase. we bought it for our girls and I wired one for the second row of seat and the second I wired for the 3rd row. I was having problems with movies playing on the usb drive and email the seller. they respond quickly and tired everything they can to find out what was wrong with it. they ask to tried a sd card or another usb. Once I use the sd card it worked great. A+ for customer service and for the product. I highly recommend this for any family.

I usually do not write bad reviews! I understand Comprimising quality for cost but this was a total let down. The packaging was beat up and old. It looked like it had been returned a dozen times. I open it up and notice right away that it was used and poorly re packaged.It was missing both headphones, support screws for the mount, and game discs.The most noticable problem was the screens looked like a one year old was licking the screen for two days. It was so disgusting!!!🤢🤢🤢The overall quality of these units is very poor, beware of this product. Pay a little more and avoid this company.

Honestly, quality seems to be great. Only complaint is nonexistent instructions on how to set up, link, etc.+

I just received mine and it has no monitors. Also, all the assocerioes have been opened. One of the CDs were not even in a cover. I am very disappointed.
