I will update this review again as I bought the 5 sauce sampler pack and I'm only two sauces in. But those 2 sauces convinced me to start this out with 5 stars. The Ancho & Morita sauce is a sweet and smokey delight! It has just a bit of heat but the flavor on this is so good. It's got just enough acidity from the vinegar but what you get just a great sweet and smokey pepper flavor from this. Loved it. It immediately replaced the BBQ sauce I was going to put on my pork chop the other night and it was so good. The Guajillo and Jalopeno sauce is also really good. Maybe a touch hotter than the Ancho & Morita. But definitely one of my new favorite sauces. The flavor on this is also really good. A bit more acidity but blended so well in with the peppers. Fantastic on pretty much everything I've put it on so far. This might be my go to moving forward. Neither sauce is crazy hot and honestly, I'm not mad about that at all. You get enough heat to warm your mouth and so much more flavor for the money. Update! 10.24.25 Okay, I've tried them all now. The Puya & Pasilla is good but has a touch too much Annatto flavor for me. I'm sure there's a great use for it somewhere but I haven't come across it yet so this one will linger in my fridge for a while. The Habanero & Aji Amarillo is really good. Finally a sauce that you can get the fruity flavor of a habanero chili without the burn. This has been great on fish tacos and pizza. I can imagine this going really well with a variety of cheeses with the frutiness it has. Definitely recommend. The Poblano & Serrano is probably by 2nd favorite (1st is still the Guajillo & Red Jalapeno). This is just a classic green hot sauce, bursts of acidity and chili flavor. I basically slathered this on a couple different mexican dishes over the course of a few weeks and ran out really fast. It's so good. Highly recommend this one. I'll be ordering again and introducing some of my spice-challenged friends to these sauces. They're delicious!

I was tempted to dump on this product outside the green bottle since by the way they taste alone it's... funky. But when you actually put it on food it sorta of expands in flavor and each has a little heat, none of these are knock outs even the habanero, which quite frankly, i was hoping it would be. Instead they are just well done spicyish sauces if you will. The variety is spot on, lots of different flavors here, and they work on lots of different foods. As for value, well, they are pricey for those small bottles so take your pick.

I originally got one of their sauces from a "hot sauce of the month" club I was gifted years ago. I've now tried all of their sauces and purchased them (especially the Ancho & Morita and Aji & Amarillo) at least 8 times. I've gifted these sauces to friends and relatives. I love their focus on flavor and not heat. Don't get me wrong, I do love me some heat, but I appreciate the depths of flavor that are present in these sauces and just aren't in 99% of other sauces. A+ product.

The variety in this bundle is FANTASTIC, every flavor is remarkably different than the other, I found out I wasnt the biggest fan of a few of the flavors, but only because I am not a big fan of anything sweet, or strong garlic. They are high quality sauces, many coworkers have taken to using these sauces regularly! the ancho and morita is a favorite of my roommate, he has downed half the bottle in 2 weeks... need I say more, the puya and pasilla is my favorite, and I think this company should get into chipotle mayo type sauce, so that I can add it to ranch or mayo to have chipotle.

Good enough, but I can't quite tell the difference between the sauces. Again, don't get me wrong, overall, good. but not outstanding.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: While watching Hot Ones with my wife, I couldn't help but notice that everyone gave high praise to the flavor of the Ancho and Morita sauce. I have to say, after trying it, I see what they meant. It's very delicious. I love the motto of this company. I love spicy food, but only if the spice serves a purpose. It should be flavor over spice.

The flavors of each are absolutely fantastic. A great mix of fruity flavors to somewhat savory. Each is a mild heat. For me a mild heat is jalapeño to a well reduced habanero. Finally a sauce I can use. Growing tired of this race to see who can make the hottest hot sauces that simply mask the flavor of the dish with overwhelming heat. More power to those of you who like those kind of hot sauces but I have noticed they have become the standard. Searching for sauces with a good mix of manageable heat and flavor are becoming few and far between. You need only to do a search of hot sauces and 90% are overbearingly hot. I highly recommend these sauces. Another winning gamble to find something with great flavor that doesn’t create an atomic bomb blast in your mouth. I took a chance and I am very happy with each of the five. Well done!

I haven't tried all yet, but those that I have are amazing. They provide amazing flavor with just that hint of warmth. Will buy again and again.
