These are excellent socks, well worth the price. Only downside is that they are a bit tight around the calfs but no other downsides. Super comfortable and a good amount of merino wool which means they're great in all seasons. These socks stop my foot odour and are comfortable and thick for when I'm out walking. Would definitely recommend

If you like hiking you'll know the value and importance of having really good socks and you'll also know that merino wool ones are the best... You can pay anything up to £50.00 a pair for hiking socks the most I have paid of £20.00 a pair and yes they are fantastic but compared to these you'd be mad not to buy these.. Fantastic quality and excellently made... Fantastic shock absorption and cushioning excellent wicking properties.... And fantastic in the winter to keep your feet warm. I always wear these first and then a thinner sock on top although many do it the other way around... And they definitely don't smell after a long day's hiking in any weather.... Best to wash inside or with a mild detergent in a cool wash. To sum up excellent quality and value direct from amazon... So good I snapped up two packs....

I am so pleased that these socks are still available, this is the 3rd time I’ve purchased this brand and set of 4. I walk the dog about 5 miles a day plus extended hikes in the Peak District and they are the most comfortable I’ve worn. They support and cushion the foot,they are very durable and because of the high merino wool content they are hygienic. Don’t waste your money on cheaper brands.

Very comfortable socks I find the wool content helps with regulating temperature during a long day with boots on and my feet are still dry by the end compared with synthetic fibres in most products now which cause a lot more sweat and odor, I find the quilting of these to be far superior and highly recommend them.

Not the same quality as previously purchased. I find these wool blend socks too tight around my calves. The previous Kirkland socks had higher wool content and were a comfortable fit.

these are great socks, however it is very important to know that they shrink quite noticeably when first washed. This was a big advantage for me, because most socks are too big for me, (I use size 9 shoe). Therefore when they shrunk it turned out to be snug on my feet and they keep their fit. I have purchased two packs so far, and the last order I actually received 5 pairs in my pack (it said 4 on the package). These are warm socks and thus not suitable in warmer weather.

People quickly dispersed, returning to their abodes so they too could procure Kirkland signature merino wool socks from Amazon. The tale you just read is fictional. My experience with Kirkland signature wool socks has been great. The socks are not the thick wool socks that are prevalent on Amazon. These socks are thinner with very good elasticity. They are not “dress sock” thin but not “gym sock” thick, basically a goldilocks thickness. I bought a 4 pair pack for about $21. These have become my goto socks. I find these socks to be incredibly durable. I wash them inside out per the instructions and let them air dry. The reason for air drying is I was concerned about shrinking but I have accidentally put a few through the dryer with no noticeable shrinking. The socks are noticeably comfortable during daily wear. I feel that they breathe well and do not overheat your feet. These are worn year round. My only complaint is they could be a tad bit longer. I wear a size 13 shoe and would like them to sit a bit higher on my calf.

This is my first experience with wool socks and I must say these are awesome. They're a good bit thicker than my Hanes x-temp socks, but my shoes fit just the same. They're also softer and much more comfortable to wear. The color and pattern that they come in is definitely a bit different than what I'm used to, but I don't mind it as they're just socks anyways. The best part of these socks, however, has to be temperature and moisture regulation. These socks are way more breathable than my cotton socks. I was used to coming home from anywhere with sweaty feet regardless of my activity. With these socks, though, my feet are never sweaty. Even while working up a sweat and wearing some leather boots, my feet are the only part of me that's dry, which is insane. The merino wool really does a great job at moisture wicking and keeping my feet cool when its hot and warm when it's cold. I especially like these because of the value, as a single pair of the highly recommended Darn Tough socks will run you about $25, while Kirkland sells 4 pairs for under $20, and they're still so good. If these are this good, I seriously wonder how much better Darn Tough socks are. Darn Tough socks also do come with a lifetime warranty, so they can also be good value, but I think these Kirkland socks could last a lifetime as well if taken care of properly. Overall, I deeply recommend these to anyone and everyone, as all I want to do after buying my first set is to buy more. If anything I would also want to try a pair of Darn Tough socks to do a comparison, but as it is, these are so, so good.
