What size would fit an 8? By the sizing chart it looks like I could do either?

I usually wear size 9. I ordered the "one size" and they fit fine.

I don't know if you would call them "silky", but they feel nice and keep their shape wear after wear and wash after wash.

The title of this product states 10 pair but in the cart, the description states 8 pair. Can someone please verify as of 2-14-20? Thank you!

I don't see why they would not fit you, as they conform to the size foot you have when you wear them for the first time. If you are concerned about that, why don't you go and buy one pair of the No Nonsense knee highs and try them, before you buy the 10 pair value pack? Just a suggestion.
