Within 2 weeks I gained 5 pounds. This power is actually one of the best tasting “mass gainers” out there. I perfected my recipe: 2 scoop of the strawberry and cream powder, 2 tables spoons of peanut butter, 2 table spoons of chia seeds, 12 oz orange juice, 2/3 cup of frozen strawberries (6 strawberries more or less) and 1/2 cup orange juice. I blend the oats first into a powder then add everything else so its not chunky. It makes the smoothie thin, easy to go down and 1000 cals (I calculated on myfitnesspal). Happy gaining!!!

Have only had this for one day, i’ll update if I see results!The taste is not bad at all how some said, just mix the powder with other ingredients.I will be doing 3 scoops per drink instead of 4.Keep in mind if you get this you need to be eating your protein goal along with this, in order to see progress!

I bought this for my husband who is currently undergoing chemotherapy and needed to gain some weight back.It has an excellent flavor & mixes well. I've actually put it in pudding and it works well in that application also.

This weight gain powder is very tasty and it is very easy to dissolve.

I'm giving 3 stars because I myself didn't gain what I wanted. It was packaged great and tastes fine. I didn't see any changes in my weight gain unfortunately but I should've tried a better diet as well.

This product works seen an increase in muscle mass and it’s so much for the price.
