2.5 cents a brick!!
Great set, the 2 extra base plates (16x16peg) won me over when I was shopping for bricks for my 3 year old. The bricks fit great together, even with Lego brand. You get a great selection for the price and they even include 60 corner pieces and 54 roof tiles on top of the 2 base plates. I compared the fit next to Lego in the pic with black bricks (lego on the right and LP on the left). You can see that the legos fit better and smoother together but unless you're a lego snob it won't really matter, especially to your kids. These bricks do have sharp corners and are shinier than lego. They also feel lighter than lego. Also the colors aren't uniform with noticeable shade differences, but you get what you pay for... $h!7 tons of bricks for cheap!Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend them to anyone.

Great deal
100% works with Lego's. Give the kids something that inspires imagination. Lego's these days seem to be just for teaching how to follow instructions, not really a negative but when I was a kid, it was the blocks and you had to make things.

I ordered these as a gift for my daughter who is lego obsessed. I haven't given them to her yet but I took a few out and compared them to her "real" legos and they work and look exactly the same. I saw other reviews saying the colors are a little off from legos but I didn't notice that at all. I can't tell a difference except that there is no logo. My kids definitely will not be able to tell them apart and will love these. I am very happy to find this after I almost spent triple on name brand. Excellent purchase for the price!

Great bang for your buck, wouldn't buy the real lego brand again!
This is the second time I ordered from this company. I teach in a gifted students, and it is great for theme to express themselves with Legos. Living on a teacher's salary, means I can not afford to buy the real legos. My students did not know that these were not the traditional lego brand, they are a close fit to the real legos, my students love these and I will continue to buy them, they are very affordable for a tight budget when you are spending your money on someone else.

Good deal
So much cheaper then name brand and just as good quality. Being half the price and just as good made this purchase a no brainer. They match up fine with other sets as well. Just an FYI if you are getting these as a gift, they come in just a basic plastic bag.

Great deal, love them
Who doesn't love LOTS of 'legos' for a great deal? They fit well with the name brand, and after spending the ridiculous amount of money for name brand i started buying these generics. Let's us have a lot more pieces we otherwise wouldn't have had. Great purchase.

Good for the creative
Legos are so expensive so that this is great if you want more pieces without breaking the bank. The only downfall is that it doesn’t come with any instructions on different items you can construct with it. This is good for someone who’s already creative. My kid is not so she has trouble figuring out what to build.
