String necklace came with it but could not be attached because the connectors were too big. had to but a chain that would fit.

mine came today, it appears darker from the picture but it actually looks better in person.

The Amethyst is a pretty stone. The rough cut stone is a translucent purple gray. It is securely wrapped with silver wire for a really stylish look. It comes in a small box. The cord and the stone are wrapped separate. The stone slides easily onto the cord. The cord is a good length and has extender links so that you can pick your ideal length.The amethyst is supposed to help ease anxiety and inspire calmness and relieve anger. Not sure how effective it is but I’m willing to wear the necklace for awhile and hope that it does help. If nothing else, it’s a pretty unique piece of jewelry.

Received this necklace, very pretty, not a very long cord though. But the stone is not attached to the necklace. Now what?? I can't get it on the rope, and this is a birthday gift!!! Someone wasn't paying attention when they packed it! Guess it gets returned!
