Buy this at Amazon because it's a fortune in the Italian delis in America

I'm Italian and we use this all the time for upset stomach. Small package is great for Travel. I don't know why anybody would eat Tums or anything else. This taste delightful and I would say it works within 60 seconds. I've been using this since my teen years and I'm 78 now
