Isotoner Women’s Classic Terry Ballerina Slipper: Soft, Breathable, Terry Lined, Satin Bow, Secure Fit

I read the reviews before buying so followed the advice to buy UP in size. My foot is somewhat wide at the toes and I wear a size 8.5 - 9 shoe. So bought a size 9.5-10.5 and it fits fine. Actually a tad bit big. My foot could be wider and a bit longer and the shoe would still fit. Bought this shoe because I was reviewing old pictures and saw one with me in my pink ballet Isotoner house slippers. I loved those shoes. So I looked on Amazon and here they are. Still available. I bought 3 pairs: black terry, pink satin like my old ones and the fancy white satin with pearls. These black terry will be my everyday houseshoes. Very soft a bit plushy sole and while the shoe is a little loose - they stay on my feet just fine.

I was looking at all the slippers on amazon and I wanted something light because we just moved to the south so I seen these they looked so thin i was worried we'll the package came I was not sure until I opened the package and wow they are so comfortable I fell asleep with them on and that's coming from someone who can't sleep with socks on I highly recommend you try these out for yourself you won't be disappointed !!!!!also they fit perfect the one thing I don't like about them is when I'm cleaning they slip off the back of my foot which is weird because they fit so good

I had to return these because they were big. I ordered up a full sz from previous time that ran small in my sz range. Wrong choice. Sizing changes. I liked them fine except for sz. Perhaps too thin but acceptable fabric.

Based on the recommended size and reviews, I ordered the next size. The slippers are too big and uncomfortable to wear. Also, the back of the slipper is very low and does not sit well and the back of my foot. I recommend buying based on your normal shoe size.

After years of wearing a smaller size of Isotoner ballet slippers with leather bottoms, I decided to try the terry ones to help my comfort level. Needed a little more toe room for conditions that happen to our feet as we age. While the XL 9.5-10.5 is technically too long for my foot (I wear a ladies 8.5-9M shoe), the comfort level from the larger toe box is worth the slight hang over in the heel sole area. For anyone struggling with hammer toe, bunions or hang nails, I'd suggest going up a size from your normal shoe. That being said, now about the quality. I have purchased other name brands and a few off brands in the past from Amazon and other retailers. You get little houseworn mileage out of others and they can't be washed for disintegrating. With Isotoner, you get quadruple the life! I have already washed my terry pair twice and they still look brand new! Always air dry (especially for the leather soled) but regular cool-warm wash in your machine and voila! Love these ballet slippers! They stay put to prevent falling, they are no skid and non-marking, they wear and wash well and the price can't be beat! Thanks Isotoner! It's hard for me to believe that these slippers are made by Isotoner. I've always taken it for granted that I could count on the quality, but these were incredibly skimpy - the heel was cut so low that the shoe simply did not fit on my foot, so I measured it against the pair of Isotoners I was wearing, ones I've had several years now. And yes, these came up on the back of my heel 1/2 inch less than the other (older) Isotoner slipper. Additionally, the ones I received today had already been returned - they were in a plastic bag with that big hard cardboard thing they pack them on, but without the annoying little plastic tags they use to attach them on the board. Maybe these are some kind of imitation Isotoners? I hate to think that this company has gone the way of so many others. I would not recommend buying these, and now not sure where to turn for slippers.

I have bought about 10 pairs (blue and grey) of these over the years and love them. I wear them indoors and outdoors even on the sidewalk and deck because they have a hard bottom. They are washable in the washing machine and there is no special care needed. I have size 10 feet so I order XXL 11-12 U.S. size which fit perfectly. (I used to order a size smaller, but that resulted in my big toe eventually poking through so I went up a size and have not had that problem. I have longer big toes, so if all your toes go straight across, you won't have that problem.) I live in these slippers and sometime forget I have them on. They are easy to walk around in because they fit snugly to your foot, and they keep your feet warm. I highly recommend them, and Isotoner brand is a well-known quality brand.

This is my second pair of these slippers and I love them. I normally take a women's size 10, so the XL size fits perfectly. They stretch nicely but don't fall off my narrow feet- and are comfortable and washable. The rubber sole allows me to wear them from inside to outside, which I do quite a bit in the spring and fall when I need a warmer slipper. Highly recommend these.
