We had it professionally installed no real issues. A solid unit, which fits into our 100 year old home. My only concern is the sprayer which tends to drip after turning off. And if you turn it off by the tap it will still be on the next time you turn it on, we have each been sprayed, now we are cautious. The sprayer sprays well, but could be designed better.

Single hole deck plate was not in the package it came with missing item just noticed when i was building the faucet

Not all black, it has bronzer colored rings around part's of it. Didn't know how to contact any1, and it's installed now. Pretty upset about that. Elsewise, Elsewhere, faucet itself is beautiful and I told my husband NO, to one from Lowe's, I needed Amazon one. The bronze on it, messed my entire color scheme up. I guess advertising is wrong. Will heavily think about faucets I still need, for double sink.
