Good Mics!
I have now used these mics for about a month and the battery on the receiver is shot. The battery in the mic is fine, but the receiver dies after just a few minutes.The audio quality is pretty good, and is totally workable with a little post editing.UPDATE:Apparently the unit I had originally had a faulty battery. Balila sent me a replacement and it works PERFECTLY. You seriously cannot beat these mics for the price. Anything better will cost more than twice the price and only have nominal difference in audio quality and just some quality of life upgrades to compatibility to be honest. I have been doing audio/video work for about 15 years, and these things ROCK!

Simple...does not work with iPhone
I've tried to use the Balila lav for video with the iPhone 12 pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max...no audio. I've followed all instructions, plugged in according to instructions...no audio. I've spent years in A/V so I'm pretty confident in getting recording equipment to work, but not in this case.I spoke with Apple tech support to attempt to get this to work with my iPhone. It verified there is a compatibility issue with the iPhone and this microphone.Fred
