East to โhandโ inflate.
This fitness ball, was easy to inflate, although it had a hand held pump. It is easy to use and my favorite piece of exercise equipment.

Exercise required to inflate this exercise ball.
Exercise ball is a good quality and stays inflated. However the pump did if fact break, and no longer works. My friend helped me inflate it, but he had to manually inflate the ball 3/4 of the way.. The pump is cheap plastic and didnโt work right from the beginning and the effort to inflate was never easy.
