This roasting rack is very small and fits into everything from a 10” pan to a full roasting pan. Despite its size, you can fit a full 5lb chicken on the rack or a 4-6lb roast. It does a great job of draining the fat out during the roasting process and adds enough height to stack vegetables around it. My only complaint is that it’s not easy to clean. There are a lot of nooks and crannies that requires a bit of scrubbing.

I would give this product 5 stars except for the fact that after two years of intermittent use, the coating began to peel off. I always stored it carefully and never exposed it to excessively high heat, so was disappointed when this happened. However, I was so pleased with how well it served my purpose as a roasting rack that I willingly replaced it, and put the deterioration down to “built-in-obsolescence” at a price that I could easily afford.

I did not thoroughly read through the size of this take that was my bad. Was purchasing for my large roasting pans and when it arrived was super smaller then expected but it work out and was able to use tinier roaster pans so no big loss.

I bought this for its convenient size — doesn't fill the whole roasting pan, so room for veg.However, the non-stick coating is not very non-stick, and requires scrubbing to remove baked on meat. After three usages, the black coating is starting to come off.
