Wow what a difference, I have some half soles from a previous onset but they’re not helping at all. I saw the reviews on these and decided to try them. They give great support I could feel it from the minute I put them on, I had to cut a bit off the toe end but apart from the they fit like a glove. I’ve been on a walk with my dog and so far it’s like walking on air. I think I will need another pair as they are great value for money

I have literally just received these a few minutes ago. One minute i was hobbling about with plantar fasciitis in my left foot, the next it was like walking on air. Have already ordered another pair to save me transferring between shoes. So comfortable and easy to trim to fit. All set for my holiday in the sun next week Happy days!!!!

They seem to be well constructed and the build in arch support so far are easing my symptoms . They are relatively comfortable and come with clear instructions for use . You need to trim to size but come with a cardboard template to help you achieve the best result . Be careful easy not to see the template in the box . I’ve order another pair .

These are really helping with the problem with my feet. Are comfortable to walk in. Helps the arch. Didn't have to cut them they were just right.

The sizing information was inconsistent, with the XL advertised as both UK 10.5-12 and UK 11-13. As a UK 10.5, I chose the XL (because the Large only went up to a size 10), but unfortunately the arch support then sat too far forward, making them very uncomfortable to wear. The quality is good, but those between sizes may struggle to find the right fit.

Very good quality, have helped force an arch back into my foot and ease the plantar pain. Worth the money. Very thick cushioning, easy to fit. Would recommend.

I've been wearing these since they arrived. Slightly slippery feeling for first few hours but that newness dissipates fast and I find great comfort from them above what the orthodist gave me. Orthodist insoles are far too hard and when your metatarsal fat pads have deteriorated you desperately need soft but supportive insoles that don't cause metatarsal pain with every step. These are much better than anything else I have, so I'm very happy for now. Thank you.

Utilisées dans des chaussures de sécurité suite à des douleurs sous la voute plantaire car beaucoup de marche, elles sont parfaites. Moins voir plus de douleurs . Un bon maintien du pied et confortables. Achat validé par mon conjoint

Ha sido casi milagroso. Llevo 2 meses con un dolor terrible de espolón calcáneo y fascitis plantar, casi no podía andar. Me he puesto hoy las plantillas y apenas me duele. Perfecto el apoyo y la estabilidad. Las recomiendo al cien por cien.
