Way better quality than the NHS recommended insoles that cost twice as much. They are firmer, which means better arch support, but not firm enough that they don't mould to your foot shape. Easy to trim, packaging and instructions are clear and the price is excellent. Went straight back on Amazon and ordered another pair. Highly recommended for Plantar Fasciitis.

After suffering with lots of pain and looking for expensive shoes. This insoles are just perfect for any kind of pain , I suffer from plantar fasciitis and this is the only insoles help me get back on my foot without flinching. They are really comfy, fits perfect, nice colour and great quality.

Great product. Immediately felt the comfort when I used it the first time, supports the foot. The size fits perfectly as I am size UK 7. Overall great product and reasonably priced too.

These are excellent! No adjustment to insole needed, just removed the soles of my trainers and replaced them with these, the size I chose slotted in easily (size 7) and really comfortable. I could tell the arch support made a difference from day 1. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, it flares up every now and again, the last stint lasted 8 months! I really think these insoles are the reason it hasn’t flared up again for a long time, they’ve really helped my feet to feel comfortable and not achey or sore. They do make me slightly taller as they’re thicker than usual soles but not an issue. A great purchase, will be buying again!

Whether it's because I have other issues with the shape of my legs/ knees as well as the overpronation, I'm not sure, but my feet really started to hurt after about 10 minutes. They did fit perfectly though, and supported my feet well. I only wore them once due to the pain. The material is good amd sturdy.

Actually does work in relieving plantar fasciitis pains. Fits in most shoes; although, I must note it does add up to an inch in height when worn, so it may be uncomfortable in some shoe designs with low heel support. But other than, I can’t fault this quality made and sturdy product. Definitely a great purchase!

These are fabulous, just what I’ve been looking for! I’ve tried lots of different types but to no avail! Crumble up after a few days These are soo comforting and sturdy ! Working was on my feet most of my life! Self employed for 45 years selling! I’m now retired and need comfort…. These are great and supportive! Extremely grateful and value for money!! At last !!!!👍🙏

I've been wearing these since they arrived. Slightly slippery feeling for first few hours but that newness dissipates fast and I find great comfort from them above what the orthodist gave me. Orthodist insoles are far too hard and when your metatarsal fat pads have deteriorated you desperately need soft but supportive insoles that don't cause metatarsal pain with every step. These are much better than anything else I have, so I'm very happy for now. Thank you.

Para mi han sido muy cómodas y resistentes. Yo peso 150 kilos y creo que es un buen test para las plantillas. Llevo 6 meses con ellas y por ahora perfectas. Utilizadas para caminar, elíptica y el poco deporte que hago.
