Q: Whats the difference between this one and the one at walmart for 20 bucks? They're both hasbro.

Actually the Ryusoul Changer is from Bandai, the Soul Keys flip up in the Bandai version! Hasbro on the other hand the key doesn’t flip up and they only have the holographic stickers! The Changer and the Morpher are the same but the sounds are different.

Q: Can it fit 7-8 inch wrist?

My nephew is a husky 10 yr old and it fit him and my 38 yr old brothers wrist

Q: Are the keys from the mecha compatible with this?

The mecha keys are compatible as well as the stand alone Bandai Ryusoulger key packs will work in the Ryusoul changer and sword. Be warned that the Hasbro Dino Fury keys are not compatible with or interchangeable with Bandai Japan products. Hope this answer helps.
