I ordered a set of these bowls for ramen, noodles and other types of soup/pasta. They are good size, holding 40 ounces. The outside/inside of the bowls are glazed so they have a very finished look. I love the pattern with the flowers scattered throughout the dish. The dishes are easy to clean either by handwashing or in the dishwasher. The set also comes with chopsticks and spoons. I have no concerns or negative comments about these bowls. You can't get better than beautiful and functional.

Bought these as a gift for my Fiance and she loves them! They are perfect for big ramen packs and the spoons are great as well. The finish is nice and the bowls are sturdy and dishwasher safe. Recommend them to anyone.

So pretty and just the right size

These are just the right size. Fit in the cabinet great and big enough for restaurant sized portions of Ramen or Pho. I am male so I wanted a nice blue or green pattern. Most others, I've seen, seem a bit softer colored. I don't use the chopsticks; I have nice sets. I do use the spoons. They are a nice size. They are made of some sort of plastic. Which brings me to part of the reason for only four stars. There are no markings on the any of the pieces that indicated what it's made of or where it's made. Also, no "care" instructions. To be safe I only wash the bowls by hand and hope the spoons do not melt in the dishwasher. Then there is the price. You can find a similar sized bowl much cheaper, but it may not be ceramic or have the artwork, that sealed it for me. I think around $22 would be a more reasonable price.

While these are supposed to be for ramen, we find they are the right size for use with salad or soup. It gives us a bowl that holds more salad than a salad plate and more soup than a soup bowl. We don't use the spoons or chopsticks that came with it, but a regular salad fork or soup spoon. They are also very pretty.

My husband and I love Pho and usually have Asian food once a week. We wanted larger bowls and these are perfect. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. The bowl does get very hot in the microwave so I do use potholders to remove it.

It is large and great for ramen and big soups, beautiful artwork too
