dicen 500 ciclos de carga pero el video dice 1000. cuál es la realidad?

Depende del modelo, hay NinjaBatt y NinjaBatt Pro, aún no he alcanzado los 500 ciclos de una Pro para poder mencionar que puede superar los 500 ciclos, pero en documentación se aporta que la diferencia está en el modelo de la batería.

Ya la he utilizado por 1 año y funciona excelente, la mac la reconoce sin problemas, excelente producto.

My macbook pro model a1502 states rated 16.5v, is this the correct battery for me?

Order the battery by the Mac serial number to find type and model its on the underside. Don't worry about the voltage your more interested get the correct model battery as work battery won't fit in the case. Also it is a bear to remove the old battery as it is glued down in the Mac.

Is the battery supposed to come with the torx / drivers like the picture and description states?

Both battery models that I received had tools.
