Are these filters reusable??

we advise you to replace the filter every 2-3 weeks to keep the water clean.

In two different places, it states for 81 oz/2.4 L fountain and then 84 oz/2.5L fountain? It can't be both:(

on my filter replacement box, it doesn't specify what size the filters are. However they do fit perfectly.

does this replace the filters for the hommii flower foutain? I cannot find the filters even though i bought on amazon.
