Happy to have this in powder form. Quick and convenient and sinks into your system good plus I saw really good reviews on a third party nutrition app.

I use a lot of Now products and this is a great addition to my supplements. The power is bitter, but that is with every brand I tried. The pills are much easier to take. The product is more expensive than a lot of others, but it’s a great company.

These are Informed Sports verified so you can better trust the product is actually as it is listed. Tastes horrid on its own, but does the job. I mix it with other things, like protein powder or preworkout.

Takes a while to build up in your system like a week, but does start helping with recovery. Less muscle fatigue. I pair it with L-Argenine. Has the science behind it. I've tried many products backed by science and they do show results. My recommendation after 30+ years trying supplements is try the the supplements backed by University research not clinical.

Works if directions are followed. Stick to your workout program. Find a good trainer.

I'm sixty years old and it is helped me routine if not build slightly muscle since i've started using it quite some time ago.

This is great if you're active in any sport or the gym.

Gave me a mental amount of spots Not normal ones the type that hurt like hell but there seems to be nothing there. Used for a few weeks then stopped and my skin is normal again
