Hi.The product is good and quite effective .It got many attachments for facial trimming,leg and arm shaving as well as eye brow trimming.But it will be useful if it was easy to fix the attachments with the motor.

Defective battery n charging issue
The main disadvantage is that the battery cant be replaced.. have used it for almost 9 months only for trimming eyebrows n now it stopped working even if its being charged. D wires attached to battery were cut off ..but the warranty service is too good that they responded on time .

Amazing product and after service
The product is really good, but what stood out to me was the Agaro Service and their prompt problem solving. My product stopped working after a few months of use but it was still under guarantee (can happen to as it is just a machine) but they made sure to replace it with a new one and stayed connected throughout the process. The new product is working good. Thanks Agaro and service team

Good customer service
The product is good and the company's customer service is appreciable. For me, after 6 months of use, one part was not functioning, I have mailed them regarding the warranty and they responded through video call nd sent me the spare part which is working well. I'm satisfied with the company's customer care service
