The stickers are waterproof and doesn't leave glue when you remove it but the pen is not water resistant.

Love the labels, and the pen. I do retrace the letters a second time to make it a little darker. The labels stick very well to my plastic containers I have them on. I've had them for about a year already, they stay on really well, from multiple washes. I clear the wording with some alcohol and it does not effect the labels.

These stickers are pretty cute and work well enough for what I needed them for (labeling glass jars), but the included chalk marker is a nightmare. I would try to write and the chalk would wipe off or smudge with the slightest touch of my hand, and I would have to start all over. The stickers get cloudy when you wipe off the marker and start over after a few tries, which is what it took with this marker. I ruined a couple of the stickers trying to get it right. I invested in some better quality markers and the stickers look pretty with different colors on them as well.
