Easy setup, ready to go upon delivery

I was so happy to find this remote because it was the exact same format as my original that broke. It worked well until it stopped working. I thought I needed batteries but even thought a year was a short life for batteries. Changed them and no, it’s that the remote is nonfunctional now.

It is a decent remote control...Works fine with all Westhinghouse TV...

I placed the batteries into the remote and began to set it up. I put the remote down for a minute to turn the t.v on and had trouble linking the remote. I then removed the batteries and burnt my hand, the batteries were so hot. I let the batteries stay on the floor until they cooled off the next day and threw them away. I instantly placed the remote back into it's package to prep for it's return.

It came less than 24 hours and it was already programmed. I didn’t need to program . I was a little worried at first because I didn’t come with any instructions popped into batteries and then on the TV came. Five stars.
