Does coffee stay hot without the lid on…hotter than a normal ceramic mug?

Yes keeps it hot for several hours with lid on..Poor lid design for drinking will leak when tipping up cup.

I incorrectly put together the lid and now in can’t unassembled the lid to clean? Is it possible to get a replacement lid? 😢

Yes Nan, we are very pleased to help our customer, please send me your detail info (you can me email in Amazon) so I can arrange replacement to you.

Are these light or heavy to lift i'm buying as a gift and persons can't lift anything heavy.

Our mug is 11. 8once (together with lids), it's light product so I think your friend can lift it easily

I bought a red cup and you sent a green one what do I do to replace it.

They will replace anything, unless you have had it for too long.
