are there spacer beads with hanger to add your own charm?

No spacer beads , just charm , I ended up buying a pack of 50 spacer beads for all the charms so the spacer beads were all the same

Are the charms sterling silver ?

NO they are PLATED with sterling silver. Bought many of them for my teenage daughter the plating wears off.

How do complain that i didn't get the charm in the mail?

I did not get the colorful feathers charm in package

Yes they fit the rope brackets and the hard wire one like I have from chamon
