NLT Large Print Premium Value Thinline Bible, Filament Enabled (LeatherLike, Brown Celtic Cross)

This is an excellent, thin bible with very readable text that comes with a QR code that you can scan into your phone after installing the "filament bible app." I was not overly impressed with the quality of the bible. It is a basic, paper-bound presentation bible with the bible text, a table of context and a short index of "Life application terms." The app contains maps, commentary, reading plans, multimedia presentations, short (30-second) movies about bible topics and photos of significant bible locations. So, you're essentially getting a whole study bible library for a very low price. My only complaint was balancing my phone in one hand while holding the bible open in the other. The New Living Translation is wonderful and easy-to-read. The bible itself is thin and light so you could carry it with you almost anywhere you go. The publishers (Tyndale) recommend that you find your own use for the app (using it a little or a lot), I recommend giving it a try.

I am really enjoying this Bible! I thought it was about time to revisit the Bible here lately, although I read passages online at least once a day, I have really been wanting to read it cover to cover! The print is easy to read, the cover has a really nice leather feel to it, I really like the simple English translation, and I really like the Life Application / Life Topics in the back of the Bible. For anyone that is looking into reading the Bible without the confusion of the KJV verbiage I highly recommend this Bible of anyone of all ages.

This is currently my favorite Bible. This Bible was very affordable-and I like having several different translations. NLT is very easy to read and understand and its great for beginners. Im not a beginning but I still fully enjoy it. The cover is pretty and has a nice feel to it.

I absolutely love this Bible and I love how it comes with an app with notes. I bought this one because this version is easier to understand because of my learning disability and this definitely helps and makes it easier to understand and learn.

These are great bibles. We buy several at a time for a local foster home.

This is a great bargain bible. While I would have given this 5 stars for the price, I just purchased and ESV bible for 13 dollars and the quality was alot better for that price. Overall, this is a great bible, It doesnt get the 5th star because I dont really like how the cover feels.

Note to publisher or printer, the first three pages of Mathew are missing. Otherwise I would have given a perfect review .EDIT...I KEPT MY WORD, THERE ARE NO MISSING PAGES, THE PAGES ARE SO THIN 3 STUCK TOGETHER AND BARELY FELT LIKE ONE! Let me tell you something, I dont know what filament you used but them pages dont look capable of staying together being so thin..but they do, and the print is nice and large..this turned into the best Bible I've ever had. I have a hard time understanding the texts in KJB and others, this NLT is easy to read without making you feel you're reading a gradeschool book thank uou!!

It's good to have different translations of the Bible . Single translation is not enough for all aspects. This one has additional resources like getting more details from Filament app. So it gives better understanding.

It's a good product. The text are legible enough, and the bible size is appropriate for an adult with light weight despite it's size. The print quality is very good. Just got it yesterday, yet to explore other things. I like the version, which I believe through the help of the Holy Spirit will bring even deeper understanding of God's word. In a nutshell, I can say I'm happy with the purchase. Thanks!
