The fabric is not microfiber or anything it feels like a flag. They don’t absorb. not meant to be wet. If anything use it for decoration because that’s all it’s good for. It’s not even a polyester it literally feels like terry cloth like a flag

These are bigger than any kitchen towels i ever bought but i bought them with bathroom hand towels in mind and they are great for that
