I gained alot of weight over the past year or so mostly due to depression thus eating junk and being sedentary. Also bc of certain meds I take I wasn't hungry until late at night about an hour or so before going to sleep. I also tend to eat in my sleep, weird I know.Most of my adult life my weight fluctuated bw 70-75kg (154-165lbs) which looked good on me bc I have heavy bones and carry a good deal of muscle. Well I got up to 96kg (211lbs) in early June, enormous for me and my 5'3" body and felt like the Michelin Man...uncomfortable, like I was wearing a body suit. It took me a long time to deal with having no clothes that fit and I refused to buy anything new for that size. I had to borrow clothes from some heavier relatives.Anyway, I saw this product Sleep+Burn and was thinking yeah right whatever...but I threw caution to the wind and figured it couldn't hurt. Take one capsule at night, nothing too demanding and pretty cheap. At this point I had gotten down to 92kg (203lbs) when I began. Immediately (within a day or 2) I had no more urges to eat late. After a week I'd lost 2kg (4.4lbs) so I was happy obviously. That was the first week of August 2021. (I also started taking the Nobi Collagen Fat Burner at the same time.)The MOST important part is that unlike many others that leave reviews, I have not started exercising yet partially bc I wanted to see how well this product worked on its own.Well...it is now Sunday, September 12, 2021 and I weigh 84.5 (185lbs)!! Again, no change in activity level! So in about 6 weeks I lost 7.5kg (18lbs)! Now I feel a lot better and want to exercise!BOTTOM LINE: I don't know if this product actually burns fat while I sleep and I can't say how much, if any, the Collagen Burner has worked. What I can say is that I wake up hungry, eat breakfast immediately, and no longer have the desire to eat at night! My new goal is to get down into the 70's (kg), even if it's 79.9.Try this product, it's simple and inexpensive! You have nothing to lose except hopefully some weight!

This stuff has been great! The pill itself is alittle big but it's still easy to get down, no jitters or hyper energy, I sleep like a BABY with it and I've noticed a difference in how my clothes fit. Pretty good in my opinion.

I had high hopes for this as someone who is both looking to slim down and loves a good night’s sleep. Upon opening the bottle, they had the worst smell, it literally smelt like a garbage dump in a bottle, but I thought maybe that’s just something to expect. For the first 2-3 days, things felt normal. I took I woke up looking—and weighing—the same amount, and I slept the same as I always did, despite this product supposedly having melatonin.But the 4th night is when everything started to kick in, and not in a good way. I took it the same as I usually do, and went to sleep the same as I usually did. But then, about an hour into snoozing, I jolted myself awake, the way the body does when it feels like you’re falling, and I instantly felt pain everywhere. I mean EVERYWHERE. There were parts of my body in pain that I had never experienced pain from before. I was sweating profusely, my vision was going in an out, my heartbeat felt like I had just finished a 15 minute non-stop run, I was shaking like crazy, and I’m pretty sure that for a brief moment I was clinging onto my comforter for life. And I was in this state all night.Eventually I calmed down but only slightly, and every time I drifted off it truly felt like if I had closed my eyes I would not wake up the next day. So I stayed up. The next day I felt so sick, I vomited at work twice and had to go home. I was feverish, shaky, and had the worst anxiety.I am a 5’4”, 130 lbs, 22 year old female. I have no medical conditions, allergies, or mental illnesses. I have never experienced such misery in my life from a supplement, or anything really. I stopped taking these pills instantly. I tried reaching out to customer support multiple times about my experience and wanting to know what went wrong, and never heard back. I’ve provided pictures of the capsules and what the powder in them looks like as well, because I thought they looked a bit funny. Please spare yourself and disregard the positive reviews, this supplement is a literal nightmare.

Since I am a diabetic and overweight, I thought I would try using these to help me sleep a little better and possibly lose some weight. While I wasn't expecting a huge loss of weight, I do believe it helped suppressed wanting to eat. Not sure that I slept any better, but I didn't sleep any worse. So, my view is that the gummies tasted great, the product may have helped, but not really sure about the overall effectiveness of losing weight or as a sleeping aid. I only used it for a month so maybe I need to order some more to give it more time for complete effectiveness.

I’ve been working out at nights and use half scoop of pre workout. Thing is after I’m awake after hours and can’t rest well. I started trying these and notice I fall asleep faster and actually stay asleep. Usually my mind wonders when I still have the pre workout energy but this has actually helped. Haven’t seen weight changes directly from gummies but forshure helps with bloating, you’ll notice it in the morning. So far so good.

I have tried many different sleep enhancing medications, patches, Gummies, all kinds of things and I have not found one that works as well as this gummy. I get it shipped on a regular basis and It helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night. I don’t wake up with the brain fog that you sometimes get with different types of sleep. medications. It has a great texture and a great flavor. I have definitely recommended this to friends and will continue doing so!

Great product, a product that does what it says it will do.

It's doesn't work for me. And it makes me feel sleepy and have no energy.
