Please be highly cautious with this multivitamin. While it is marketed for eye health, it contains concentrated botanical extracts like turmeric/curcumin and green tea extract. After taking this product, my routine blood work came back with dangerously high liver enzymes (AST was 613 and ALT was 441), indicating acute liver injury and inflammation. I do not drink or smoke, and my doctor immediately identified the concentrated herbs in this supplement as the cause. Medical databases like LiverTox explicitly warn that concentrated turmeric and green tea extracts can cause severe drug-induced liver injury. Please get your liver enzymes checked regularly if you choose to take this.
