Does this fit the Evenflo wagon?

I believe so as the dimensions of this bag when opened are bigger than your Wagon’s dimensions. It is a really big bag. Perfect that it fits both my car seat and stroller. So your wagon should fit perfect as well.

Does it fit a graco sit to stand double stroller?

That’s the stroller I have and it fit great. Even had room to stuff some blankets and my Tula carrier in with it. The bag was huge and held up great on our round trip to New Zealand
