Q: Will these work for shirt cuffs to extend them?

They should work. The diameter is 10mm which should be the right size for most shirt cuffs but I know some of the shirts I have have very small cuff buttons/slots and some have more normal sized ones. It might be too large if the buttons on your cuff are very small. Also as a shirt collar extender it hides very nicely behind a tie but as a cuff extender it won't. It's a nice looking button extender so it's appearance won't be bad but having the cuff too open might not be real attractive but that would go for any cuff extender not just this one.
