Review: Very moist and tastes great! - I was looking for something different to bake that was gluten free and it sounded good. I had never tried pumpkin bread of any kind before, so I can't compare it to anything, but I can say I really liked it and I'm going to buy it again. Its very easy to bake, just add a few basic ingredients and a can of pumpkin filling and it makes 2 loaf pans of pumpkin bread that are very moist and taste great!
