I initiated and return/ refund and then reached out to the seller about this and thier response was "thank you for your recognition"SERIOUSLY!!!I only reordered because I have the matching bracelet and the ring itself is gorgeous. this ring faded really fast, it only shined nice for like the first 2days. now it looks so opaque and uglydidn't think it was going to be this cheap. disappointed in this product.be careful when purchasing.
