I’ve been using this device consistently for one month now, every other day for 25 minutes. I also purchased the remote battery which makes it more user friendly and convenient for moving about the house — definitely worth the money! So far, it’s only been a month so I can’t report on positive hair results just yet, but the helmet is very comfortable, it works well, and customer service has been excellent with any questions and responsiveness to my concerns. Seems like a very solid, first rate company. I will update this product again in 6 months to report back on my hair growth journey.

The helmet is well built and I’m excited to see if it yields results over the next few months. Hopefully, it was worth the price.

UPDATE on below post: i had some concerns see below but after speaking to irestore rep I no longer have these concerns. I have used the machine for a week and half. My scalp don't itch, dont have the pimple type bumps. My scalp really feels good. Too early to seee if it will regrow hair but it is definitely helping my scalp. Used this morning. Seems like a great unit. My concerns is the red light. It can be damaging to your eyes. Don't want to lose my eye sight versus hair. I can buy a wig but not eyes. #2 instructions say once you stop using you will lose hair again. I don't want to be obligated to this thing forever. #3 with the price of the unit it should come with a case and battery pack. You should not have to pay extra for it. Still up in the air as to do I keep or return.

Product was very easy to use. First session was easy. Love that I can do this from the comfort of my bed. Can't wait to see the results!

I purchased the model that included the rechargeable battery. I've only had this iRestore helmet for 7 days, so although I've seen some minute hair growth, that's not the reason why I'm responding to this review. I believe this product is well built and deserving of of the title "Professional " because of the quality engineering and simplicity of design that makes this device so simple to understand the instructions and the actual use of it Is simplified to perfection.

It no longer works and was treated with great care. It was always back in the original box when not in use. Never touched any moisture or water. I spent a lot and wanted to keep it working as long as possible and it failed. I modified my review following a great experience with iRestore customer service team. They immediately offered to replace it. Great experience.

Straightforward and easy to use. Both wired and battery pack have worked well. Lightweight cap and convenient battery pack allow me to get up and move around, which makes the treatment time fly by.

I just started using this device today, and so far I found the instruction to be easy and clear to follow. I know it will take some time to see the result, but I hope it will help with my shedding and improve my hair growth. The device is light weight and comfortable but little bit too big. I am glad that I can request it to have a thicker pad. I am giving 4 stars for now and I will update it in couple of months after I see the results.
