They work great. I have been wanting to get some for a while. They are very versatile and the leg bands do not slip. The price is great and I like the quality. Plus, they are a must for at home workouts. Get them.

These bands are better than I expected. They are very durable and strong. They give you 3 strengths on the small bands Light, Medium and Heavy. They are also color coded and labeled for easy selection. The 2 long bands only come in light and heavy. This set also comes with a convenient carry bag. They price is also very good for the quality of the product.

I took a star off because dang, the heavy band is WAY TOO STRONG! I couldn't even move my legs using it (I know it's supposed to help with building muscles but I am not a mule or a WWF wrestler so who is it really for?).The colors are cute and it's nice they are coded to their strengths. The illustrations they come with are awesome too so maybe one day I'll use the heavy strap.

They don’t slip and look like they will last a long time.Amazon should not be asking for feedback so soon after purchase. Also an instructional manual or a suggested website would be helpful for first time users.
